Southern Menu
The food is an important part of the arrangement. In charge of the menu of Southern Rock Night 2008 were Linn-Anita Ø. Nilsen and Jørn Idar Kvig.

Linn-Anita is engaged as a chef on the famous Coastal Steamer of Norway, while Jørn Idar teaches cooking in high school. Jørn Idar is currently working in Florida.

Persplassen

Persplassen is located in Hommelstø and the village's only pub and dining place, reknown for their Velfjord-menues. Persplassen is in charge for the BBQ during Southern Rock Night.
