Southern Rock Night
is a unique concept. The first, and so far the only one in Norway. And as far as we know there exists only one other similar event in Scandinavia, and that is Monsters of Southern Rock in Stockholm.

The members of the band Southern Tribute are the driving force behind Southern Rock Night, and in collaboration with the local pub Persplassen and the association Velfjordrevyen, we're heading towards another memorable Southern Rock Night in 2009.

As last years event demonstrated, it turned out to be a great evening both socially and musically and not to forget an excellent BBQ to top it off. It's also a superb meeting place for MC- and amcar- enthusiasts.

What is Southern Rock Night?

Where is it?
- Far south in Nordland County, Norway- in a small village called Hommelstø.
App. 35 km from the nearest town, Brønnøysund.

(In 2008 we used the outdoor area at the pub Persplassen as arena for the event. For 2009 we're currently investigating several other exciting locations. Detailed description will be posted as soon as the location is decided.)
